Anyone have a step by step manual for creating a Microsoft Internet Explorer Toolbar Plugin for my website, available for members to download and install it on their browsers.

I'm using Visual Basic.NET.

have you figured out how to do this? I've been looking everywhere for several weeks but still havn't been able to find out how to do this... (in vb.net)
