I'm looking for a blogging script that has stuff like this:

- PHP based, and mySQL is okay, too
- Web interface so I can load the control panel, type stuff, submit, and it'll be automatically posted (eg CuteNews)
- Ability to add an avatar or icon next to it
- Easily customizable templates
- Users can add comments without registering
- Gotta have some smilies with that
- Able to be embedded with that include() function on PHP
- Calendar, to view posts on certain days, if users wish to do that. Like a mini calendar and if you post on that day it'll have a hyperlink to posts just on that day. Not absolutely necessary to have this, though.
- Must be free, please.

Anything like this that works really well for you, eg installation was a breeze and there were very few problems. I don't want to try a bunch of different blogs until I get one that's right.

I don't know how fast you want to have it set up, but I believe Pivot (http://www.pivotlog.net) will do what you want once version 1.0 is ready.
