I'm looking for a real ****ing good chat script (ASP, ASP.NET or PHP, Flash, Java. Doesn't matter. mySQL, Access and MSSQL available)

Does anyone know one real good one? (website for downloading)

Till now I use pipey's chat. But it has too many bugs and it is very slow.

The script should support registration, ban, kick, private msg, transcription at least.

(it's for a non-commercial site)

PS : I'm an expert with ASP(.NET) and MSSQL, etc, but I'm quite a beginner with IRC (never used it). Is it possible to have a private, read : invisible from outside the site, irc channel requiering registration? Or perhaps even to run one's own chat bot?

Hmmm well i guess you can. Try installing IRCD. this is basically an opensource irc server which has been around for nearly 8 years. So you can be pretty sure it's good :) Once installed and configured try installing an eggdrop. That's a chat bot.

Have I mentioned that I'm using Win2k and IIS?
