you have a great layout concept in your website, also I see that this bulletin board will be awesome.

About the picture of the trees, in my humble opinion, it should be in the upper part of the screen (you know valign=top). Thank you for doing such a great script. =)

The picture of the trees was originally a screenshot of the bulletin board itself... I'm not sure where it disappeared to..

The site/layout/colors are very nice...but (yeah there's always a but) i don't get the point to that forest pic... make a nice screenshot of the script and put it there.

Excellent layout. Nice shades of blue. I love how it stretches.

I really like the use of a blue gradient in your header, looks nice and fits in with the rest of the page. One thing that is a little off putting, IMO, is the all caps links - make it look a little less professional - but thats just personal preference.
