used to learn how to use it.

Also simply try searching the web using Google or something for "CSS TUTORIAL". You're bound to find at least one fairly good tutorial. The W3C tutorial is very good though.

I learned css on my own, looking at different peoples source codes (but look for short ones, so it doesn't look complicated), and figuing how it works... I'd search for "css examples", "css FAQ", or "css comand list" on google, etc...
