I've been looking for a CMS lately and it seems that most script sites lump CMS's and Portals together. In my opinion, and I think in the opinion of most people who want a true CMS, they are very different. Portals are great if you want a community based site, but they're inappropriate for a basic business web site.
True CMS's such as Mambo Server, EZPublish, Typo3, etc should get their own category separate from all the Nukes. The current CMS category is huge, and digging through all the portals to find the handful of CMS's is not fun.
Not to sound completely negative, I love HotScripts and I think the new design is great.
