I'll look into it. According to what I see the time is 19:13 which is correct for where I am (East coast, USA).

Yes, i would assume that this is a DST problem.

I am pretty sure that vbulletin 2 does not make automatic modifications to correct DST problems, i know its a feature of version 3.

For now, i think you'll just have to put up with it or adjust your timezone on the forum settings appropriately.
