How du I changhe the logo in the adressline when peopel go to my web page?

could you re-write this i didnt understand this at all.

Yes i know my english is bad!
If you use IE it's a picture in front of the URL, this picture i want to replace vhit another picture, when people goes to my web page.

oh a fav icon. well you should br able to change that by re-uploading a new icon.
