I have been working on a personal website, http://www.valdosta.edu/~jchamill and i am having a table sizing problem I cant seem to fix. I am not an expert or anything so help would be nice. If you look at the website, notice that the cell that contains the background image "site menu" is too large. I have set the height to 55 pixels but it wants to expand while the cell below it is smaller. Any help would be appreciated.
