Today, HotScripts.com released the new OWNER RESPONSE feature for reviews.

Link owner's, when logged-in, will see a new link "Post Reply" next to reviews. By clicking this link, you will be able to respond to a review. Thus, if someone gives you a rating you disagree with, you can post your comments to the review.

All responses must be validated by our validation team before they will show on the site.

The purpose of this is for you to respond to a negative review. It is not to start a flaming war or anything like that, and such responses will not be validated.

Once validated, your response will show as a OWNER'S RESPONSE under the review.
