I am looking for script for a Business Directory like www.shopincanada.com (http://www.shopincanada.com)

It will need to run with a database, user password, amin. area, banners, etc.

the directory itself looks like it could run using my open source script: http://sourceforge.net/projects/websight

that script doesn't have banners in it (yet?) though... so you'd need to hack around a bit.
