In Internet Explorer the 2 white lines are breaking up... at the top (the 2 white lines next to the content area). In opera they display correct. Also in IE on the Home section and forum they are correct???

I am cracking my brain on it but i can't see any differences that would make them break up, anyone got any suggestions :|
