I have an important client that uses Prism at their physical location for orders/inventory, etc. and we need a converter written that can dump our OSCommerce data to an ASCII file and send it to them periodically (crontab). Need the same thing is reverse so that they can send us price changes, size changes, etc. to be imported into OSCommerce.

Need work done ASAP and will pay someone to do this. Serious inquires only!
