I have downloaded a cgi program (dating service) a week ago and I worked hard on it to set the template simillar to my website and now I really love it but it seems the project is finished I have sent 2-3 emails to the author and all my emails has been rejected I was wondeirng if someone here is good enough in perl to make some essential changes for me in the program and I would of course pay for it.

You would be better off posting your request in the Script Requests (http://www.programmingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=137) forum. I'm sure that there are at least a few people around that are capable of doing this for you :)
