I am using the Windows FTP and want to use it instead of a FTP client.

When I go to ftp://ftp.turneratlanta.com, I get an error message, and have to hit OK to exit out of it. Then I have to right click anywhere on the screen to get the login option. Is there a way to have this login menu come up automatically when you first type ftp://ftp.turneratlanta.com?
