I require a coder to provide me with a php script to retrieve data from an access2000 database and perform some ip validation. must work on win32 server.

Nothing hard and if i had the time to go learn PHP i would do it myself.
I dont expect to pay too much so all those coders with years of experience im sorry i dont have the greatest ammount to spend anyway ;-)

i think this would be a good opportunity to give a "novice" freelance web coder a chance to get some experience and make some money along the way.

I didnt know access worked with php? I thought it was just asp.

yes it can work. you can use ADODB connections etc in php
