Would someone be able to create this script for me as I cannot find it already created in the database?

It needs to display a random image on a page, where the images URLs are preferably stored in a textfile. But for each image, it needs to have a URL attatched. The reason for this is because I am using it to display a random affiliate link on my website's homepage.
