Hi Hotscript Admins

Would be useful if you can indicate somewhere the 'group' levels and permissions for us lovely users. I can't upload an avatar yet so it would be nice to have a number I need to aim for...

:-)

Great resource though this long overdue, and the design is fantastic....

Perhaps I'm wrong.. but I don't think you need a certain amount of posts or group level to upload an avatar.

Try going to http://forums.hotscripts.com/member.php?s=&action=editavatar under your user control panel,
Select "yes" to choose a custom avatar
upload your image using the browse button.

Hope that works for you?

Nope, I think you have to post 25 times first, I think that's vb's default setting.

Currently 25 posts are needed before you may use a custom avatar.

I guess it was changed then... sorry for misleading you. I uploaded mine the first day too.

o_O Anyways, are there guidelines on what avatars we can and cannot use? Ex. adult images ?

jeez, its obvious that you cannot use Adult images... and when they check the new listings for approval, 1 of the things they check is to see that the url is not an adult site or anything. And the image size and etc is there in he Edit Avater option :)

Other than adult content, I cannot think of any restrictions :)

I like the creative avatars I have seen so far :)

I'm not asking the board script to check for it... I'm asking the admins to. Is it appropiate to have an avatar with certain body parts on it? If not, then will that member be warned or asked to change it?
