Welp, so far we have given close to $1000.00 to HotScripts here to be sponsors of two different categories.

I was having a discussion with one of the HotScripts employees about statistics for some of my links.

I was told they were not available. No idea how many people view my ad, click my ad, etc.

Am I getting my $1000.00 worth? Who knows. Oh yes, I could change my link and make it so it goes to a special page on my site where I can count the actual click thrus, but that only provides me with one piece of the puzzle.

And apparently, this one employee no longer thinks that my $1000.00 is worth answering emails over.

Hopefully someone else from HotScripts will read this, and they will take the couple of hours that it would take to make changes so that sponsors can SEE if they are getting their moneys worth or not.

With any other place that I have purchased advertising from they could easily tell me how many people viewed certain pages, how many people clicked through links, etc. Why can't HotScripts? Or why do they not even care?

Business 101, service is VITAL.

Thanks for your comments. I am not sure why you aren't receiving responses to your e-mails, but I will find out.

As for sponsored listing tracking, we are not currently able to provide you with stats as to click throughs and whatnot. We are working on a way to do so, but it is one of many things going on. HotScripts.com has never provided any stats on sponsored listings as it is not a part of the system utilized to run HotScripts.com, and Jon Yoon (before us) as well as us have always been upfront in indicating that we do not provide stats on sponsored listings as it is not possible with our current system.

As you reference in your post, you can, as many of our sponsors do, provide us with a tracking link that you can track on your end. This is the only way currently, until we complete development of the new registered members center, which some stats will be available.
