You're hosting the script from your own computer? Why not get yourself some space on a free host, or create a sourceforge.net account? It'll be available 24/7 then ...

maybe someone could teach me how to upload a site to sf.. i can upload my zips and such.. but i dont know how to use ssh

ssh is not strictly necessary. you can upload the packages you want to distribute to their anonymous ftp server then select them in the 'release package' form in your project's admin
