Hi, I am a newbie at hotscripts and not sure what happend - I put my listing and was waitinh for an approval, but two days past and it just dissapered, neither approved, nor diclined, without any notes, as if I just didn't put any listings, that's all
What does it mean - was it declined? And how to know the reasons if it was?

I was waiting for approval and my listing disappeared without a note!
I submitted a tickect at their help disk and also didn't get any reply! now my listing has disppeared for about 2 weeks and I haven't got any responce from HotScripts.com staff! :mad:

And by the way, I sent a new ticket after a posted here, but no answer.

It was a weekend the majority of the time you were waiting and the company who owns Hotscripts doesn't work on the weekends. I would guess you should have a response sometime early this week.

Ok, I was very very patient, but is it so difficult to answer your members' questions? I tried to publish my listing thrice - and it just was lost and that's all, I sent three tickets - and no answer. So anybody can answer me?

I had the same problem. Listings submitted and were apparently awaiting approval, then I logs out and back in again and they have gone. Sometimes I log in ok, sometimes not. The system seems to have gone a little haywire.

You call it "a little" - it seems there is no admin, no moderator or anybody else here - just runs as it is

From what I've gathered, other than jeremy j, you won't get an answer from hotscripts here. (and jeremy isn't working for that company anymore), but the helpdesk is your only bet. There's a bunch of people though who have had this happen.

I understand, that I should address to helpdesk, but I did it many times already with no result. Maybe they have just stopped working?

I`ve signed up 3 times now and submitted the listings 3 times, but each time they have disappeared. If the site isn`t going to be maintained it may as well be shut down.
