Heres the thing. I'm currently coding a message board and I need a coder to work with me to make it better.

I will pay the person 3.00 a hour and I will pay you for 10 hours a week.

I wish I could pay more, but unfortunatley I cannot. The longer you work with aiBB, the more hours you can get. You can get up to 20 hours a week. If you work longer, I will not pay you for it. I'm sorry, but I cannot afford that at the moment.

I will code a small time clock. This way you can post when you started and ended per day. I only expect you to work 2 hours a week for 5 days a week.

And yes, you will get a raise the longer the work for aiBB. I will work this like a normal job.

Heres the benefits.

Paid vacations. You can get 1 week of paid vacation. (Normally during christmas or whatnot)

Can I see a demo of your BB, I run a php scripting site and I might be interested.
