Yeah, its been broken since the new hotscripts :( Its kinda frustrating, but I am sure Jerememy is working on it :)

Same here. Hits don't work either.

How often do you guys wait until your listings are updated? It's been 3 weeks so far trying to get my listing updated from v0.4 to v0.6.

Anything which is older than a week ago has already been processed. We processed everything before we upgraded to the new system. I would suggest clicking on the helpdesk link at the bottom of any page on HotScripts and ask to have your listing submission checked. Make sure you indicate you submitted the listing before the new Hotscripts was released.

P.S. - Yes I know rating's and review submissions aren't working. New votes are being stored, just not displayed. Same with hits. The counters should be updating sometime tonight or tomorrow. The system has several million hits it has to count up, along with several hundred thousand votes since the new Hotscripts was released so it will take a little time. In the future these will update at roughly one hour intervals.

I sent a ticket inquiring about the problem, but how do I track it when the "Track tickets" option that the page mentions is not in my Account Options?

Hits are being updated as we speak. There are several million hits it has to process between all the listings on Hotscripts so you should see your hits counter gradually increasing. Starting Monday they should be updated about every 2 hours.
