you cannot change that for the user if that's what you're asking. however if you want to change yours there are programms...try searching in google for Internet Explorer logo replacement

maybe it's the browser that has some built in settings.

ohhhh... it's a cool addon for your site however if you're like me...a "clear the temporary internet files" freak then that favicon thingy won't do you much good as it will get deleted and you'll have to put it in the favourites again.
