Hi I was angry today when I saw my script being hosted at http://www.phpfree.co.kr/

This enfuraites me as EVERY user has to read and agree to my terms and conditions to use this script!

What can I do about it? Surely sites like this need to be closed down!

They even have the cheek to add my support email address!

I just read your ristrictions of use for eStore on your site and I didn't see anything that says they are not allowed to distribute it.

Infact, it says this...
You are not permitted to permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above. Which sounds like you are allowing them to redistribute it as long s they keep the terms attatched.

But then when you read the Terms in the zip file it states:
The licensee may not sublicense, assign or distribute copies of the software to others.

If I were you, I would revise the webpage a little and send an email to the owner of that site requesting them to take it down.
